This unique vessel, launched in 1999, is massively built, edge glued mahogany hull on laminated frame. The generous application of solid mahogany throughout the interior is absolutely outstanding.
The frames are Mahogany, and Tiama epoxy laminated. The hull is edged glued with 3 coats of epoxy penetrating primer,followed by an outer coat of epoxy and "epoxy-mat". The inside of the hull is also saturated with epoxy penetratin primer, then an additional two coats of epoxy was applied. The hull and frames have the appearance of varnished Mahogany.
The deck Iroko, fastened to epoxy saturated marine plywood. The coach house is also laid Iroko.
The working sail area is 350m2. She displaces 103 Tonnes.
