The Dean 400 is an owner version and the first owner. She was only privately saild and maintained. The ship is very roomy, it is fast, offers good to-wind-characteristics and is comfortably equipped. The yacht was submitted in the past 2 years of a complete repair: One of the two engines was replaced by a new. Many pumps were exchanged and a new anchor winch was attached. The sails were renewed. The ship was inside reconditioned. Also the mast and the Rigg were submitted of a complete Revison and potential weak points (by wear) was eliminated. Also new electronic wind indicating instrument was on this occasion attached.
