Privately built and constructed of aluminium means she needs minimum of maintenance in fresh water. She has a well maintained, single D58 single engine (which has done less than 6oo hours) in a large, well lit engine room.
She has one double berth and wet room/head in the aft cabin, with cupboard and shelving, office workstation and small hanging cupboard and one double berth in the fore cabin consisting of 2 single beds (recently refurbished in cream linen) with large locker storage under and large hanging space cupboard.
The galley has undergone recent updating with a new worksurface and flooring, plenty of cupboards and a fridge and separate cooker housing, hot water etc.Galley seating area doubles as lounge/temporary sleeping accommodation, with storage lockers under. The whole boat has cream leather seating with matching cream linen curtains throughout.
The wheelhouse is fully stocked with 2 GPS, radios, compas, electric windlass anchor, stereo, bowthruster, fishfinder etc and map desk.
She had a new Boat Safety Cert. last year.
She was surveyed and river trialed last year and no faults were found. Unfortunately, the prospective buyer did not have the funds to complete the purchase.
Outside she has 2 large, well maintained teak decks, suitable for entertaining and sunbathing! The aft deck is covered by a full awning which is useful as an extra living area, with 2 storage benches.
We currently spend alot of time aboard her, so she is well maintained, although we only go out for occasional day trips in summer.
She is an ideal inland and off shore cruiser (we have sailed her on the channel) ideal for the French canals!
We are open to negotiation on the price.
