1986 hull with a 1987 interior, 4 coats bottom paint in 2007, Hull painted white in 07, new Teak and Holly flooring. 18hp Yanmar runs fine. Cushions need recovering, I have the material. Mainsail in good shape, will need head sail in future, depending on use. New halyards and sheets and deck organizers, all halyards and sheets run to cockpit for single handed sailing. The cooler has an AC chill plate, keeps it cold. Needs a water pump for hot and cold water. Comes with a full tank of fuel. Email me for more info.
