1. Marina Berth 8m x 2.75m, in the marina of St.Laurent du Var, 06, Cote d'Azur. The place is well situated, near the businesses, restaurants and central parking lot. The boat owners have priority for parking in the central aisle, a remote control is available to open the barrier. This berth represents 17 shares in the Yacht Club of St Laurent and is ratified until 2015.
Price for the berth alone 17,000 Euros.

2. Sailing Boat 8m50, "Shellfish" CNSO boatyards, built in 1965, the hull is made of reinforced fibreglass (Polyester), well-equiped with inboard engine Diesel Volvo Penta of 23 CV, (built in 1983) with "Saildrive" type of tranmission and propeller. Full set of sails in good condition, "Genoa" head-sail with roller reefing and furling, tender AX3 with 5HP outboard engine as new, installable on enginne carrier as auxilliary emergency propulsion. A second identical complete MD11C engine is available . These engines are unbreakable, but it's a good idea to have a spare, since these engines are not made anymore and it is good to have the spares! Bimini sunshade and full set of mattresses for the two internal cabins, kitchen equiped with fresh water tank (12V pump to be installed) and marine toilet with soiled water cistern. Folding bathing ladder in stainless steel and teak rear platform. VHF radio with antenna on mast and licence. Depth sounder installed. Radar reflector fitted to mast.

This boat is extremely seaworthy, easy to sail and in very good condition. The hull and upper decks have been completely rebuilt in 2007. Newly cabled with new alternator and 110AH battery from 2008. New instruments and ignition key mechanism. There remains some work to be done on the comfort and cosmetic side (the parts are here and a list of the jobs to be done is available). This boat promises plenty more enjoyable sailing experiences for a good few years to come!
