This Sparkman & Stephens designed Nauticat 44 has been built in 1980 with teak decks in the yard of Siltala Yachts in Finland. She is a cutter-rigged ketch with double Furlex and powered by a Ford 120 hp diesel. She has new navigation equipment as a GPS chart plotter, VHF and Autopilot from Neco. New electric system with battery charger and batteries. She has a very spacious interior with new floors and upholstery and sleeps 6 in 3 cabins with recently installed electric toilets. The widely-copied aft cabin makes her an ideal place to live as well. She is in good condition, the full keel steadiness of the Nauticat 44 and exceptional maneuverability are a delight to the passage maker. This year upgraded to 60 miles safety Zone 2 for Spanish flag registration, which includes a new holding tank and full new safety equipment incl. Epirb. Very well maintained and ready to sail away.
