This charming houseboat is a true cottage on the water. Huge picture windows with a panoramic water views from all four sides make this mini-yacht a perfect home on the water. A large patio forward and a smaller, private porch aft lets you enjoy every bit of her 38' length. Between, there is a very large main salon/galley with a 9 foot ceiling, a leather dual reclining loveseat, easy chair and fireplace (actully just electric logs, but its sets the mood). I have temporarily removed the captain's seat to make room for a 25" flat screen tv and additional storage, the helm is quickly converted back whenever I want a change of scenery. A spacious closet is enclosed with double mirrored bi-fold doors. Aft is a queen sized bed with four large pull out drawers and storage under. The head is accessable through the salon and aft cabin. The vanity was recently re-tiled with an attractive mosaic. The shower is large and has a storage shelf above. A great amount of additional storage is available under the fore and aft decks. An upper deck, with bimini awning allows a full 360 degree view while sunning, or entertaining. I call this the "pool deck" and enjoy the wading pool when the weather is warm.

In the fall of 2003 we applied a fresh coat of bottom paint, replaced all 6 of her large zincs, repainted the waterline and accent stripes, overhauled the outdrive and head, replaced batteries, new shower and center bilge pumps. In addition gave her Mercruiser a tune-up. She is ready to take you away from it all!
