S/Y Atlantis has had only one previous owner from 1993 to 1998 and has arrived from La Rochelle France and has always sailed in the Mediterranean. It is removed for Dry-dock each year including all interior cabin furnishings, sails and all safety equipment. It has primarily been chartered as a bareboat vessel but has not been subjected to any major hull damages with the exception of usual wear and tear of bareboat vessels. A complete 3rd party inspection report can be made available upon request during the negotiation period.

Layout and Accommodations

S/Y Atlantis has six cabins and two heads. As you step into the cats’ saloon, which is the center of the boat configuration, immediately after the outside cockpit, you have a social area and seating capacity enough for 8-10 persons. The dining table is an oval shape, wooden table completely refurbished to its original condition. The outside cockpit area also has a table to the port side of the cockpit that easily seats 10-12 persons. The Venezia 42 catamaran has a unique design in its saloon as it provides a 360 degree view of the surroundings and allows for ease of entertaining as the cockpit and central saloon on are the same level.

Both hulls are separated by the saloon and can be accessed by the 4-step staircase on either side. Both hulls are mirror images of each other with two staterooms; one head and one single adjoining cabin to the double stateroom. The single cabin has access also from the hatch above and can be separated from the front stateroom, which makes it perfect for crew accommodations.

Galley

Is on the starboard side of the saloon with two stainless steel sinks, hot/cold pressure water, pressure salt water, and dish drain, trash bin, and 220V outlets, SMEV three burner propane stove with oven/broiler. Refrigeration with top loading entry with separates entry for freezer system (170Ltr.). Refrigeration system is engine driven (Frigo).

AFT Staterooms

AFT Staterooms have double berths (4’ 9” x 6’ 7”)/ (1.52m x 2.13m) with bulk storage below; hanging locker inboard, dressing seat outboard, 3 ports, 2 reading lights, overhead light and 6’ 7” standing headroom.

Forward Staterooms

Forward staterooms have double berths (4’ 10” x 7’ 2”)/(1.52m x 2.13m) with bulk storage below, large shelf and hanging locker inboard, dressing seat inboard and 2 opening portholes. One Lewmar overhead hatch and 6’ 10” /2.13m standing headroom

Single Forward Cabins

Forward cabins have single (3’ x 6’ 7”)/(1m x 2.05m) crew berths with storage shelf and access via a Lewmar hatch and or from forward cabin. The forward single cabin has one porthole including under berth bulk storage.

Head Compartments

Both Heads are midship with GRP molded vanities, hot & cold pressure water, mirror and storage above, manual toilet, electric bilge pump and handheld shower with one overhead hatch and 6’ 10”/2.10m standing room. Midship passageway has one porthole for ventilation and 6’ 2” / 2.0m standing headroom. Heads do not have holding tank system but is designed to accept holding tank system if installed.

Mechanical Systems

Located aft in each hull with access via deck hatch inside of lifelines. Engine rooms are well insulated for sound and well ventilated for heat and fumes. Engine hours approximitely 1,000 port engine and 1,300 starboard engine as of November 2003. Both engines can be fully inspected from serial numbers and service records.
