Odyssey was built by Jeremy Rogers in 1975 for his son to enter the Fastnet Race. She was formally called Bootlicker as Jeremy's yacht at the time was called Gumboots. She is a true blue water cruiser / racer. Many of her years were spent racing in South Africa and she is currently enjoying a rest here in the Dominican Republic.
