Entering from the wide swim step, through a wide transom gate, crossing the 80sq ft cockpit to aft cabin, or up the ladder on your right to sundeck. On the sundeck to the right stairs up to fly bridge, in the center is the entrance down to the salon, on either side from sundeck forward four steps down to walkways to bow full-length rail and chain gates on both sides.
Enter salon by going down five steps. Turning right, facing aft, down four steps to the entrance to the aft stateroom. You are now on the starbord side of the vessel. There are 2 Hanging closets left, and right. Continuing to right past full size bed, (with four drawers, and indirect lighting) is the aft head, whis is on the port side of the vessel, with shower, and isolated Vacuflush system. There are drawers, medicine cabinet, under sink storage. To the right is a couch, with storage cabinets a shelf with a 12V socket. Past the couch is the exit to cockpit. bed has three-side access with drawers underneath. A shelf along the head of the bed, and a nightstand is. There is a 12V socket in this nightstand. There are 2 80 Gallon water tanks, under bed, and couch. 2 bilge pumps under sole.
Back to the salon. Center aft is a 4X4 teak pillar, and a massive handrail for the steps up to sundeck. On the port side of the salon is a large shelf for media. Forward left is a mini-helm, teak railing then four steps down to galley. To the right is a teak railing separating the salon from the settee.
In the galley, Microwave to port, a 3burner electric stove/oven/broiler, counterspace, then stainless steel sink. To the right a full-size refrigerator.
Forward stateroom. Right is the entrance to Fwd head which has an isolated Vacuflush system, sink with storage under, Mirrored medicine cabinet, and drawers, a shower with a built-in bench. This head has two accesses, from galley, or forward stateroom. The water heater, freshwater pump, and bilge pumps under deck.
Forward stateroom. Two hanging closets left, with a top cabinet, and right. Lower bunk on port, with drawers, and built in heater. The upper bunk is to starboard so you are not stacked on top of each other. Portholes on either side, and large screened hatch above. Macerator, holding tank Vacuflush Vacuum tank,bilge pump under deck.
Forepeak. Chain locker, and relays for capstan chain winch. Mirrored teak door, 250 ft BBB chain.
Cockpit. 12V lighting. 110V outlet nonskid rubber grid. Washdown, Dropdown cabinets on either side. Under the hatches, there are 2 100 Gallon tanks. The generator is a 13 Kilowatt 3 cylinders. 110V fluorescent light, no 12V light yet. 1500 bilge pump, alarm float switch, generator battery, and charger.
Engine room. There are 2 Detroit Diesel 410 HP 6-71TI with Twindisk transmissions. 2 200 Gallon fuel tanks, Air compressor, 3 bank battery charger, tool hangar, toolbox, Halon Fireboy with alarm switch, CO2 fire extinguisher, "B" 2-pound powder fire extinguisher, 2 1500-bilge pumps. 3 8D batteries, Port, Starboard, House.
Sundeck. There is 12V lighting, speaker on left, dry bar, Icemaker. A Stabilization post for dinghey hoist. Web rail netting (black) all around the sundeck.
Fly bridge. a speaker on the right as going up steps. 2 pilots chairs, 2 benches, and cushions. Radar arch. There are 2 doors for access to under fly bridge console. There is a 3 bar bimini stainless steel frame, and black sumbrella cover, with full vinyl glass for Tinted windshield and Fasteners for total enclosure.
Also NET sunscreen for salon windows.
Electronics. Radar, Speed Sync, Autopilot, Navigator log, Fuel gage and switch, Bilge alarm, Bilge pump monitor, Engine alarm panel, VHF radio, Direction Finder Radio, Rudder position indicator, Depth sounder / speed log.
Foredeck. Bow pulpit with single pulley, Plough anchor, Chain, Rhode, Capstan. 2 cleats forward, 2 dock line cleats, 6 8 inch black fenders 4 with socks, and black lines. 2 railing mounted double fender holders. Black � inch looped dock lines.
The price of this vessel is $120000.00 USD, and rising as checkpoints are accomplished.
