New Vessel Financing Option
we are able to provide "in house" financing for any new build vessels through selected ship yards. Two types of Financing are available for qualified buyers looking to have a new vessel constructed: Buyer Credits (direct loans to ship owners) or lease structures. Our financing department is also willing to consider participation in syndication or co-financing arrangments. the following terms are available for these transactions: 1. Maximum of 80% of contract value (no pre-determined ceiling) 2. Flexible Repayments schedules on terms between 5 and 12 years 3. Pricing as per market conditions, on a fixed or floating rate. In determining the financing terms, our Financing Department will consider prevailing market conditions and international guidlines. In the case of "offshore" equipment, our Financing Department can consider up to 85% financing, consistant with the organization for economic co-operation and development (OECD) guidlines.
