"Duncan" a 35' crusier, has an unusually comfortable live-aboard layout.There are five distinctly separate living areas,plus a swim platform. There is standing head room throughout.The Salon/interior wheel room is furnished, has large windows,and a sound system.A comfortable and attractive hatchway and steps connect the salon to the back deck.
The main bedroom has 2 closets, one with shelves, one for hanging clothes, two closed storage shelves at the head and foot of the bed and another large accesible storage under the bed.
The forward, enclosed, bed room has windows and an overhead hatch. The dinette can fold down into a third sleeping area. There is a three burner propane stove top, an on-demand water heater for sink and shower, a refrigerator that runs on either propane or shore power and another one presently used, along with other cabinets, for kitchen storage. The sea toilet is incorporated in the tiled shower room.

There is a 150 liter water tank and a 200 liter fuel tank. A Battery charger and gasoline generator is included.The boat comes fully equiped with anchoring and mooring gear,cooking and table ware and two biycyles.Duncan has a 6 cylinder Puegeot Diesel engine, bow thruster and outdoor and indoor steering.

"Duncan"has a secured year round berth at an Zeeburg (East Amsterdam) yacht harbor, T'Einde. It can be lived on from mid-april to mid-october on a beautiful, free canal in North Amsterdam-only twenty minutes by bike and free ferry to Central Station, Amsterdam or be ready to cruise the canals of the Netherlands.
